We performed lion dance at City Farmers Market in Duluth to celebrate Lunar New Year. The audience loved it and the performers were real troopers. This was one of three performances they did on this day, but they made sure to make them all great presentations.

Lion Dance Training with Shifu Ray

Champion lion dance trainer Shifu Ray Petersen from Lincoln, Nebraska came by to help us fine tune some of our lion dance skills and to add to our repetoure. He trained with us all weekend and he worked us hard. We all felt very lucky to have this opportunity to train with him.

Nguyen & Pham Lion Dance

Today we performed a lion dance at the Law offices of Nguyen & Pham in Morrow, GA to commemorate their grand opening. They are the first Vietnamese law office in the in the city. On hand to celebrate the event were Mayor John Lampl, city councilman Khoa Vuong and several representatives from the local fire department.
